On newsstands now, the How Magazine Business Annual (Dec 06), which includes many interesting items such as the annual salary survey results, a profile of 37signals, Hel-Fucking-Vetica buttons, and a oddly-stirring worksheet for "understanding your professional self" (available online as a pdf, but much prettier in the actual magazine).
