Pantone Predicts Color of 2007
The HOW magazine blog reports that Pantone has predicted that Chili Pepper will be the hot color of 2007 (closest PMS equivalent: 201C, paints & interiors: 19-1557). I guess we'll have to wait and see...

Your swatch has a different hex (a03a45) than the swatch at the HOW site (9b2335), which matches the swatch on the Pantone site.
Thanks for your attention to detail, anonymous. I know it must seem crazy, but I'm not going to change the image -- I pulled the color from the photo I got from the HOW site, and if it shifted slightly during compression then so be it. It will look different on different screens anyway, depending on viewer screen resolution, etc. Cheers.
