The Apartment Creative Agency?
When did (apparently former) retail store The Apartment become a creative agency? I was walking down Crosby over the weekend and saw they'd put up a small sign that growled NOT A STORE... and now Gothamist throws the spotlight on their current stickies display. At least I'm not the only one baffled...
UPDATE 10/5: Apparently we have none of us been paying attention. The Apt retail store closed three years ago... see the comments on this post for more.

well, we've actually been closed to the public for 3 years since we made the switch. we figured it was much more fun to design outright than to just sell forks and chairs... we still have the webShop and provide a community of sorts on the web with our aptBroadcast at theapt.com
and we'll be changing our windows all the time this winter with new art projects so keep your eyes peeled. thanks for caring.
wow. time flies! i feel like i was just in there shopping for... well, yeah, forks and chairs and stuff. thanks for setting things straight.
